MSS Laundry, located at 891 Hughes Drive, Traverse City is the largest health care central laundry in the northern half of Michigan. Our customers include nine hospitals, one commercial resort, and more than 20 smaller accounts.

MSS provides comprehensive linen services, including rental and cleaning of the actual linen, delivery and pickup to the customer location, and other value-added services. These services are provided for a very competitive, all-inclusive price per clean pound delivered. Certain specialty linen is provided on a per piece basis.

Our order fill rates have consistently been 99 percent or above for more than four years. Most of our customers have been with us for more than five years, and our customer satisfaction averages 97 percent. We purchase very high quality linen and process it using state-of-the-art equipment. The result is an efficiently delivered, high quality product; excellent service; and high customer satisfaction and retention.
